Return and refund policy

Return Process

Have you reached a decision to return a part or the entirety of your order? Let's get started!

First, please shoot us an email to info@mydresses.co so we can provide you with all the necessary info you need to proceed. This is a mandatory step - if you send the return without contacting us first, it's gonna end up in the trash.

You've got 30 days to carefully try our items - that does not mean wearing it to that barbecue and then trying to return it smokier than those delicious ribs! All returned items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed and have the original tags attached.

Once we receive your package (and do use a service with tracking please, and send us the number), we'll let you know if you return is accepted.

Refunds

Good news, your return has been accepted! We're running a pretty busy store over here, so please wait for up to 7 days until we sign all the paperwork and transfer your money back - naturally it will appear on the same payment method you used to place the order with.

Cancellations

There is a small catch - we do not allow cancellations. Once you receive your confirmation email, that's it, the order is coming and that's final (we put great emphasis on speed and so our system does not even have the cancellation option).

You can obviously return it later, but you're gonna have to pay for the shipping costs.

Damaged / Wrong Orders

Did you get something different, or is there maybe some damage? Let's get that fixed ASAP!

Our customer support team puts these cases on the top of the pile, so you should hear back from us really soon.

Damages Later

If your dress becomes damaged due to wear or unforeseen circumstances, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may be able to assist you with repair options or provide guidance on next steps. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help resolve any issues you may encounter with your dress.
